join amy's ‘learn it all in one day’ saturday childbirth class. you’ll get educated and empowered from 9:00am-2:30pm with other like minded pregnant people in des moines. this is the same information as the childbirth class series, you'll just learn it all in one day. for first timers or it could be a terrific refresher too. space is limited,

postpartum/parenting group
we meet tuesday mornings from 9-10:30 in-person the last tuesday of the month at the clive library. all other tuesday mornings we meet online. anyone from anywhere is welcome. sometimes we have a topic, but we always make time to talk about whatever is on your mind. it's also okay if you're late or leave early. it's free, fun, inclusive, and nonjudgmental. never forget, you are not alone.
