i teach prenatal, postpartum and now parenting education. whether you need sleep advice and potty training tips, you're questioning your discipline style and when is the right time for your child to get a cell phone, how to have the sex talk, deciding a fair curfew for your teenager, or planning for college, i am here to support you and your family.  my communication style comes from the heart and is honest, nonjudgemental, and empowering. i pride myself in meeting you where you are and helping you trust your instincts and grow as a parent. i am currently offering parent coaching and consulting and the cost is $75/hour. i also offer parenting classes. please contact me to set up an appointment and/or sign up. i love my job.
